Notice of the Annual General Meeting

      ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Members are kindly notified that the Annual General Meeting of Drachma will be held on Saturday 09 November 2024 at Dar Manwel Magri (UM Chaplaincy) at 17.00 (5.00pm). 

In this General Meeting:

• There will be presentations on the Annual Administrative and Financial Reports for the period 01 September 2023 till 31 August 2024.
• 
  
• There will be amendments to the Statute as requested by the VO authorities to bring it in line with the newest changes to the VO Law.
• 
  
• A new Steering Committee will be elected for the term 2024-2026. The Committee consists of 2 Coordinators and up to 5 additional Committee members from LGBTI+ and Parent members.

Members who are not yet paid up for this current membership year (1 Sept 2024 - 31 August 2025) are encouraged to renew their membership by making their annual payment of 10 Euro and filling in the membership form. Prospective members may also fill the membership application form and pay the membership fee to be able to attend and participate in the Annual General Meeting.

During the next few weeks, paid-up Members will be receiving the Reports and the proposed amendments to the Statute. Members will be also receiving a call for nominations for the election of the Steering Committee.
